About
A welder who never stopped building.

David Bosma has spent more than forty years welding, fabricating, and working in manufacturing. Metal sculpture is how he expresses himself with all of it.
His love of nature and wildlife fuels his imagination. He builds pieces you might find in the wilderness, out of stainless steel, copper, brass, and aluminum, using manufacturing techniques rarely seen in the art world.
He enjoys designing and engineering function into his work, so many pieces do a job: a gate, a railing, a table, a shelf. He combines metal with wood and glass, and he carves glass too, from tables and mirrors to full architectural walls.
Dave is a husband and a father, and he works out of Ohio.
